Nitrogen detectives, between air and soil, scientists tell their stories…

The goal of these podcasts is to provide schoolgirls with role models of women in science, making it easier for them to identify with the profession and encouraging them to embrace scientific studies.

Part 1: In February 2022, Alexandre Eissautier and Clem Samson, two scientific facilitators from the Association Les Petits Débrouillards Occitanie (APDOC), a not-for-profit populaire science education organisation, interviewed eight women scientists about their careers. These interviews took place as part of the first INSA workshop, held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

All of the these interviews are in French, except for the interview with Dr Suzanne Jacobs, which is in English.

Part 2: In November 2023, Octave Bulliard and Etienne Roussée, two scientific facilitators from the Association Les Petits Débrouillards Occitanie (APDOC), a not-for-profit populaire science education organisation, interviewed eight women scientists about their career paths.
